When You Want Change — For Yourself, or Someone You Love

Sometimes the heaviest burden we carry isn’t our own. It’s watching someone we care about slowly give up on themselves — settling for less than they’re capable of, losing hope, or not knowing where to begin.
We see the spark in them, but we also see the weight on their shoulders. And no matter how much we want to help, the words “I’m fine” can be a wall we can’t break through.
I understand this — because I’ve been both people. I’ve been the one who needed change but didn’t know where to start. And I’ve been the one watching a loved one drift, wishing I could do more than just stand by. That’s why I created Another Perspective Life Coaching.
I don’t work from theory. I work from life.
I’ve raised children into strong, grounded adults. I’ve broken free from substance abuse and built a life of health and purpose. I’ve started over — not once, but several times — changing careers, going back to school while working full time, overcoming financial struggles, and refusing to settle for the easy way out.
I’ve learned how to build strength at any age, how to eat and live in a way that keeps you vibrant, and how to let go of habits and environments that hold you back.
I believe every person can reclaim their life — and sometimes all it takes is the right guidance, the right plan, and someone who won’t let you forget what’s possible. Whether it’s you who’s ready for change, or someone you love who needs a hand, I’m here to walk that road with you.
Because no matter the age, the history, or the setbacks — there is a way forward. And sometimes, the most loving thing you can do for yourself, or for them, is to take the first step.
If you’re ready — or if you want to help someone you love find their way — I’m ready too.
